1. Can I pay in my own currency?

- Yes you can. When you make payment paypal will convert to your local currency at current exchange rates.

2. How long does delivery take?

- UK orders will take up to 3 days, European orders up to 5 days and Worldwide orders up to 7 days.

3. What happens if my purchases arrive broken or damaged in some other way?

4. What happens if I don't like my purchase?

- We are sorry to say we don't offer refunds.

5. Why do you sell whisky through The Whisky Exchange and not directly through your own shop?

- Simply Whisky sells a specially selected and often changing range of whiskies. As the Whisky Exchange currently hold more stock than we do we partnered up with them to allow us to offer you more choice.  Clicking through and buying from them won’t cost you any more, but it will throw a few pennies in the Simply Whisky jar so that we can keep our website up to date for you!

6. How do I become a member of the Whisky Library Club?

- Send us your details via our Contact Us page and we will be in touch.

7. Can I turn up at a Whisky Library Club event without an invitation and/or ticket?

Sorry, no. The Whisky Library Club is an Invitation only member referral Whisky Club, and only those with proof or purchase will be admitted on the night.
